Job Description

Swanson Russell has an opportunity for a full-time office manager/receptionist to join our agency!  The position requires flexibility and adaptation in a fast-paced environment.  We’re looking for someone with great customer service and communication skills, is well organized, flexible, can manage timelines for deliverables and enjoys the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people. 

This position serves as the first point of contact for all visitors, clients, and vendors.  You will be responsible for general office duties such as answering and routing phone calls, greeting visitors, answering basic inquiries and questions, and administering office services which include coordinating building maintenance and cleaning services. You will perform general administrative duties and mail related support work, coordinate catering requests, order office and business supplies and other related work as assigned.

Qualifications

A minimum of 1 year office administration experience is required, previous experience working with multi-line telephone systems preferred.  Must be proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
