Job Description

Our Lincoln office has an immediate opening for an experienced Assistant Traffic Manager. You’ll work collaboratively with agency teams and coordinate the scheduling, trafficking, and resourcing for marketing communications projects. You’ll continuously monitor projects and available resources to guarantee deadlines are met. Additional responsibilities include sending advertising materials to broadcast networks and websites. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, deadline driven and accurate, with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail. You’ll also have exceptional organizational, communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to juggle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 2 years of experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, and previous agency experience is preferred.  If you’re right for the job, please submit your resume when applying.
