New Business Executive

Job Description

This is a newly created job function inside my client's highly successful business structure.

Having grown the business over an 11 year period through an organic network of contacts nurtured by the CEO in order to continue the growth, the company needs to create a more formal & structured new Business Development function.

This new function will work closely with the CEO, MD and Operations Managers to ensure the business has a steady stream of new clients. The New Business Sales Executive will become part of their Executive Team and will play a key role in growing the company in the future

The role would suit an ambitious, proactive outgoing and personable B2B sales executive looking to move their career to the next stage.

Are you the perfect match for this exciting, pivotal role?

You will have eloquent communication skills, experience of working in a proactive B2B role, have a sound knowledge of sales principles/strategies and have the ability to liaise and socialise with key decision makers. Excellent networking skills, ambition, motivation and being goal focused are essential attributes- as is a valid passport and a willingness to travel both nationally and internationally.

The role is a 40 hour week worked from Monday-Thursday, although some flexibility would be expected.
