• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation
• Define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycle
• Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders, team members, and senior management through regular reports and meetings
• Resolve conflicts and address issues that arise during project execution
• Conduct post-project reviews to document lessons learned and identify opportunities for process improvement

• 3-5 years of proven project management experience in a corporate environment
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Scrum
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects successfully
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Asana, or Monday.com
• Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage budgets and allocate resources effectively
• Experience with risk management and mitigation planning
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams
• Preferred: PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 certification
• Preferred: Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Preferred: Knowledge of industry-specific project management practices
