Job Description
As a Team Manager – Insurance, you’ll play a key leadership role in ensuring quality service delivery and operational excellence for our insurance claims support program.
What You’ll Do
Establish and maintain communication with clients and/or team members; understand their needs, resolve issues, and meet expectations
Produce solid and effective strategies based on accurate and meaningful data reports and analysis and/or keen observations that would impact the bottom line
Identify the training needs that will equip the staff with fundamental skills and knowledge
Have a thorough understanding of the Short-Term, Long-Term, FMLA, and State Leave process related to Disability product and associated and medical terminologies, various system tools and operational procedures utilized within the program
Collaborate with stakeholders on a regular basis for changes in promotions and updates
Conduct all defined and required process compliance and adherence to all team members, partners and third-party providers
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in any course (preferred but not required).
2+ years' experience as a team manager. (Required)
Relevant experience in Healthcare and Other Insurance (preferred)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and drive improvements.
Demonstrated leadership skills in team management and problem resolution.
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills in a professional setting
Proficiency in MS Office applications
willing to work onsite in Taguig
