Job Description

The Training coordinator handles the day-to-day administration to execute, drive and achieve operational excellence of the training department. The Training coordinator works with internal and external students globally to recommend relevant training and process course registration end to end; provides NiCE sales and services with information on training programs, courses, certification, pricing and scheduling.

Responsabilities

  • Handle end to end registration requests for training, including approval workflow, payment, prerequisites checking, order management processing and invoicing, LMS processes
  • Communicate with internal and external customers to provide information about training and certification
  • Assist internal and external customers with course registration, approval issues and other queries and issues related to the training administrative experience
  • Market and promote training to customers, to drive revenue of the training department
  • Monitor courses capacity, manage waitlists, reservations and seats allocation and prevent delays in processing of requests
  • Generate training reports and highlight gaps and requirements to achieve certifications

Qualifications

  • Experience in operations and systems
  • Must have strong execution skills and a practical delivery-orientation
  • Must have good organization skills, focus and great attention to detail
  • Must have excellent time management skills
  • English at very high level – verbal and written
  • Strong Microsoft Office experience including Excel
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Flexible and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines and to support a global team
  • Proactive and self-motivated
  • Experience with LMS administration – an advantage
  • Experience with BI tools – an advantage

Additional Information

This is a Hybrid position in our North Point Facilities.
