Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Disciplinary Quality Assurance:
    Pre-termination audit of 100% of dismissal cases to ensure adherence to Natural Justice principles (notice, impartiality, evidentiary sufficiency).
  • Policy & Governance Maintenance:
    Ongoing review and updates of employee handbooks and policies in line with Ministry of Labour guidance and IDT jurisprudence.
  • Case Management Support:
    Preparation and organization of evidence bundles for complex grievances and external legal review.

Qualifications

  • LL.B graduate with a working knowledge of Jamaican Labour Law.
