Job Description

The Role:
As our Engagement Associate Manager – “Dr Fun,” you will be the heartbeat of our Care and Services employee engagement initiatives. You will plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events, contests, and rewards programs, ensuring every experience is memorable and drives a culture of recognition. You’ll collaborate with internal departments, external vendors, and international teams to create innovative, impactful engagement strategies.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and manage Care and Services incentives, rewards, and recognition programs across local and international teams.
  • Plan, execute, and market contests, events, and activities that drive engagement and align with organizational goals.
  • Manage logistics, budgets, and vendor relationships to ensure seamless event delivery.
  • Coordinate leadership schedules and communications for contests, events, and recognition programs.
  • Track, report, and analyze engagement initiatives to continuously improve impact.
  • Support creative needs including custom swag, rewards, and recognition materials.
  • Facilitate employee surveys, drive participation in trainings and security modules, and support engagement council initiatives.
  • Explore and propose innovative ways to enhance employee recognition and engagement programs.
  • Collaborate across business units to integrate engagement programs with quarterly budgets and new product launches.
  • Expand Care and Services initiatives internationally to ensure consistency across GoDaddy sites.

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring:

  • Must Haves:
    • At least 2 years of employee engagement experience in a BPO environment
    • Experience in a support role as an SME or Team Manager
    • Strong Excel skills for reporting and data management
    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and goal-driven
  • Nice to Haves:
    • Knowledge of design tools for creating visual materials
    • Coaching skills to mentor team members or volunteers
    • Project management experience to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously

Additional Information

Internal Qualifications:

  •  Must have FY25 PDP score of Exceeds Expectations (4) or Outstanding (5)
  • Tenure of at least 18 months
  • No Active DA 
  • willing to work onsite in Shaw
