Job Description
Responsibilities:
Strengthen relationships: Establish and maintain communication with clients and/or team members; understand needs, resolve issues, and meet expectations.
Impact the bottom line: Produce solid and effective strategies based on accurate and meaningful data reports and analysis and/or keen observations.
Improve the company: Make recommendations to enhance processes and boost ease and efficiency.
Define Sutherland’s reputation: Oversee and manage performance and service quality to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Empower the workforce: Determine training needs to equip staff with fundamental skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
Our most successful candidates will have:
Sr Manager:
- Bachelor's degree/Associate degree from an accredited college or university.
- Three years operations and management experience; Process transformation experience required.
- Experience managing, direct or matrix, project managers, technical resources with span of 100 to 150 FTEs.
- Demonstrated leadership skills; be able to take the lead in making improvements and resolving issues.
- Ability to efficiently manage time and keep track of multiple schedules, meetings and initiatives.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; be able to communicate in a clear, constructive and professional manner.
- Must be able to speak, write and read Mandarin and Cantonese fluently. Can speak English on an intermediate level.
- Must have relevant experience in handling a webhosting and sales account or technical account and sales account.
Manager:
- Bachelor's degree/Associate degree from an accredited college or university.

- At least 2 years of experience in similar role.
- Experience in managing a team of work-from-home direct reports.
- Experience and knowledge in technical sales.
- A Bachelor’s degree holder/ Associate Degree Holder.
- Demonstrated leadership skills; the ability to take the lead in making improvements and resolving issues
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; the ability to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner
- Strong customer-orientation when managing communications and issues
- The ability to efficiently manage time and keep track of multiple schedules, meetings, and initiatives .
SME:
- Excellent Data Mining skills.
- Ability to think outside of traditional role to evaluate business implications.
- Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make suggestions for improvements.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; be able to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner.
- Demonstrated leadership skills; be able to take the lead in making improvements and resolving issues.
- Must be able to speak Mandarin and Cantonese at an advanced level and English at an intermediate level.
- Must have relevant experience in handling a technical or webhosting account.
