Sutherland is seeking an analytical and strategic-thinking person to join us as a Research Associate Content. We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate who is a self-learner with good research and analytical skills to enrich client operations.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Source content and contact information that is publicly available or provided by brand/brand managers to create product support information for end users.
  • Communicate with brands and brand managers via emails and internal ticketing tools to source contact information and content to surface to end users.
  • Moderate sourced/submitted information for validity and availability on internal tools and databases.
  • Ensure that the information found is useful, accurate and in line with client guidelines.
  • Use internal tools to publish sourced content for end users.
  • Capture and index sourced and published content in Excel.
  • Streamline processes and build flowcharts where applicable.
  • Ensure timely response to all communication, updates to knowledge base and reports.

Qualifications

Our most successful candidates will have: 

  • 0-3 years’ experience as a researcher, content writer, or similar role.
  • Experience communicating with clients, customers, or end users.
  • Experience doing research using multiple sources.
  • Excellent English language written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Graduate in any stream or related field.
  • Intermediate level Excel skills
