Job Description

  • Partner with the Business & Functional stakeholders: create, develop and manage HR projects related to business needs, such as attrition, TMU, among others.
  • Drive operational excellence in key HR practices: lead initiatives driving employee engagement, retention, and development. The role also contributes to positive internal branding.
  • Formulate initiatives: improve Retention, satisfaction and engagement.
  • Identify Professional and Holistic Development Training opportunities: organize training initiatives
  • Provide Career Counseling.
  • Reward Strategy: Understands, communicates, and applies reward strategy
  • Employee Relations: Applies employee relations and employment practices in order to create a positive, ethical, effective work environment
  • Reporting and Analytics: Produce and deliver standard (monthly, quarterly, and annual) and customized HR reports.  Deep understanding of HR data, demographics and business KPIs
  • Manage Disciplinary, grievance and compliance processes and respective investigations.

Qualifications

Our most successful candidates will have:

  • 4+ years of experience in HR functional areas such as Talent Acquisition, GHRS, Training, etc.
  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, business administration, industrial engineering, law, or related fields.

  • Comfortable working a matrix structure; taking accountability and promoting common goals, able to deal with ambiguity

  • Project Management and change management skills, demonstrates curiosity to get to the root cause of the problem, with ability to prioritize and deliver
  • Well versed in labor laws and regulatory requirements, ensures up to date knowledge 
  • Talent management expertise, career & succession planning
