Qualifications

  • Proficient in using ticketing tools, with experience in Service Now and JIRA preferred.
  • Understanding of application platform integration and transitions.
  • Proven ability to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Ability to create clear and concise functional and non-functional specifications.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to engage in discussions with stakeholders.
  • Basic knowledge of user acceptance testing and processes implementation / process improvement.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, such as Agile.
  • Proficient in using PowerPoint and Excel.

 

Additionally:

• Experience or familiarity with IAM platforms, particularly with Quest One Identity, would be a significant advantage.

• Advanced Excel skills would be highly beneficial.

• SQL knowledge would be a valuable asset.
