  • Partner with the with the Business & Functional stakeholders to establish and execute HR strategies that drive business performance.
  • Drive operational excellence in key HR practices and lead initiatives driving employee engagement, retention, and development. The role also contributes to positive internal branding.
  • Analyze and design solutions that address chronic performance challenges
  • Formulate initiatives to improve retention, satisfaction and engagement
  • Identify Professional and Holistic Development Training opportunities and organize training initiatives to address them.
  • Provide Career Counseling
  • Own due process related to Disciplinary Action triggered by attendance, performance, behavior and company policy violation. This includes Notice to Explain issuance, preliminary investigation, facilitation of admin hearing, and delivery of Notice of Decision.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • College graduate (preferably BS/BA in Psychology, HR Management, Organizational Development or General Sciences)
  • Must have 10+ years experience in a Sr. HR leadership role present/prior, with experience managing of a team of HR professionals
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills
  • Minimum 3-4 years in the BPO industry
  • General knowledge of labor standards, statutory benefits, employee engagement practices and other key HR processes
  • Above average written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent ability to build networks within and across functions through proactive communication
  • Capable in maintaining a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism is critical
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, flexibility, diversity, customer service orientation, leadership/coaching skills and team building abilities are essential
  • Willing to work in a shifting schedule
