Sutherland Global Services is currently looking for Consultants – Risk Assessments and Insurance with French to provide back-office support out of our service center in Burgas, Bulgaria.

Main duties and responsibilities:

Work on underwriting-related tasks in several task queues:

• Read, analyze and organize reinsurance requests, submitted by brokers and insurance companies;
• Perform Name and Location  clearances, whenever required
• Set up a file and prepare a draft of a quote by summarizing and input of all necessary submitted data into the application, following all internal guidelines and route the file to the Underwriter for further consideration and rating;
• Attach and organize documents and communication in existing files;
• Process bind requests, issue endorsements and insurance certificates;

Minimum Requirements:

• Fluency in English (written and spoken);
• Very good understanding and writing skills in French
• Analytical and numerical skills
• Very good computer skills – MS Office Package;
• Excellent communication skills and typing skills;
• Organizational skills – ability to deliver on tasks and meet deadlines;
• Precision, loyalty;
• Willingness and ability to work in shifts and on public holidays.
