Job Description
READING/WRITING
Strong Written/Verbal communication skills
Good command in German and English
Ability to articulate sometimes complex ideas and solutions confidently
Impeccable attention to detail
Qualifications
At least 2 years customer service experience
Experience providing multi-channel support preferred (phone, chat, email, web etc.)
Customer success and lifecycle management preferred
Subscription-based product support preferred
