Qualifications

This role is hybrid and requires occasional presence in one of our offices in Sofia, Varna or Burgas, with the majority of the time being work from home.

Your Qualifications

  • Excellent proficiency of Polish and good proficiency of English 

  • Previous experience in customer service is an advantage; 

  • Communication skills and the ability to maintain a good relationship with customers and support them in finding the best solution; 

  • Having the skillset to multitask and make quick decisions  

  • Being kind and polite;  

  • Ability to present complex information in a simple and understandable way;
