Job Description

  • You will source and spearhead the initial screening of all hiring requirements for Malaysia based on specified qualifications
  • You will conduct phone interviews and coordinate and facilitate the language assessment process by ensuring candidates complete the written and typing exams within 24-48 hours.
  • You will endorse qualified candidates to Hiring Managers for the next steps.
  • You will release offers to the successful candidates and onboard them as per the hiring timelines.
  • Database management for all the candidates/employees
  • Referral management
  • Reporting and productivity governance

Qualifications

Our most successful candidates will have:

  • At least 3 years of work experience in Recruiting.
  • Mandarin Speaker/Native Speaker.
  • Are willing to learn on the job (no phone screener experience needed).
  • Have excellent computer literacy is compulsory (MS Office; Internet).
  • Have excellent organization skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Possess the ability to focus on achieving results and meeting deadlines.
  • Have the flexibility and willingness to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
  • Must be a local of Malaysia.
