Job Description
•Provide the best customer service.
•Make outbound calls and speak with customers in an effort to transfer them to a licensed insurance agent, answer customer service inquiries with accuracy, efficiency, and outstanding call quality.
•Communicate with customer in a pleasant and professional way; effectively and clearly resolving any issues reported. It will require excellent oral communication skills (grammar, enunciation, pronunciation).
•Use independent judgment, logic and analytical skills in getting the agreement of the customer to be transferred to a licensed agent.
•Conduct issue identification and problem-solving meeting customer needs and satisfaction
•Conduct data entry for documentation and call disposition
•Achieve and maintain required metrics and goals.
•Adhere to company policies and procedures as described on the HR Handbook
Qualifications
• At least high school graduate
• At least 18 years old
• Preferably with at least 6 months of Sales/ Customer Service experience
