1.Create Purchase Order and share to Supplier & Requestor within the required Turn-Around-Time

2. Follow up with suppliers on timely delivery of goods/services

3. Manage queries and issues from both Client and suppliers

4. Track the status of Requisition and PO

5. Follow up and/or update of GR

6. Explore for continuous process improvements and share best practices across teams

7. Contribute to team metrics by achieving stated productivity and accuracy goals on a daily basis

1. Has worked in BPO industry in the Procurement

2. Good interpersonal skills and team player

3. Strong communication skills (verbal and written, strong command of English language

4. Understanding of Procurement concepts and principles

5. Target oriented with strong focus on meeting SLA Commitments

6. Eye for detail and accuracy

7. Flexible with work shifts
