We’re now hiring Property and Casualty Insurance Advisors (non-sales) who want to grow a fulfilling career centered around cultivate strong relationships. This is a work from home position.

Our Advisors:

• Build good working relationships and establish rapport with customers to gain trust and understanding.
• Convey eligibility and actions taken on insurance policies.
• Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to established standards and guidelines, and by recommending improved procedures.
• Update job knowledge by studying new product descriptions and participate in educational opportunities. 
• Manage communications by diligently tracking and recording outcomes of customer calls/emails to ensure timely responses.
• Review job aids and effectively communicate with team members to gather all required data necessary for resolution to service requests.
• Explain insurance products and processes.
• Accurately process application information in the client’s online systems

• Active P&C insurance license, valid in state of residence
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Solid experience using Microsoft Office Suite

All equipment is provided. However, to work from home you must have dependable, wired internet connectivity with an upload speed of at least 10Mbps and a download speed of 50Mbps along with a quiet, secure, distraction free place to work.
