Join our growing Telecom program!

 

We offer you to join our exceptional team of Customer Service and Sales Specialists with German for our program for a world leading Telecommunications provider, #1 brand in Germany and Europe. The role requires work from our office in Sofia.

Your TASKS

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries for a leading European telecom provider, #1 brand in Germany and Europe
  • Processing of Internet, phone, TV customer concerns via chat
  • Focus on selling additional services and products to existing customers after solving their queries
  • Providing efficient, complete, and friendly answers

Qualifications

• Excellent command of written German language (B2-C1)

• Organizational and prioritization skills

• Desire to help customers and contribute to the team's success

• Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills

• Eager to learn, self-motivated, and goal oriented
