Job Description
Aetna is a Provider verification process;.
1. Responsible for calling providers offices in US on behalf of Healthplans.
2. To call the provider office verify the survey’s for calling from the given data.
3. To make the physical call by following an applicable rule for confidentiality and HIPPA compliance
4. Meeting daily/weekly/ and monthly targets set for an Individual.
5. Flexible to work from home/ office and additional hours/OT or Weekend hours as per business needs.
