Sutherland - Network Team ( IT)

Strong experience in various Cisco network devices (Routers, switches)

Installation , configuration, and very strong troubleshooting experience in Cisco devices

Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability

Should be willing to work on shifts (both day and night) and should be ready to work in a team.

Provide Level- 2 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues within SLA.

Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution

Hands experience on - IOS up-gradation, password breaking of Router & Switches, knowledge Routing protocol in BGP

Switching - VLAN, VTP, STP, inter VLAN routing, HSRP, stacking.

Primary Skills : Cisco Routing and Switching

Secondary skills : Cisco SD-WAN

Certifications: CCNA

Bachelor’s degree with CCNA and 5 Yrs experience or CCNP with more than 3 years’ experience
