Job Description

Provides multi-process support to underwriting staff.  Receives and coordinates quote, firm orders/risk entry   updates system, scans documents, processes endorsements and other support functions. 
·         Chase and obtain outstanding information for Risk/Polices from Brokers/Underwriters. 
·         Scanning and electronic filing of all documentation and communications related to Policy Amends. 
·         Investigate root cause of inconsistencies and coordinate with parties to cure issues. 
·         Generation of statistics and reports.  Accurate and timely administration of systems. 
·         Provide customer service to internal and external (Client Site) contacts. 
·         Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

UG or PG completed graduates with good communication and Attention to detail skills
