Job Description

Ability to retain and apply knowledge gained during the training.

Responsible to take inbound calls from customers and third parties as well as Outbound calls dialed manually and automated(dialer), ability to explain in detail about interest and fees that could have been added to the their account, as well as expectations on time frames to avoid further delinquency, multi-tasking is required since needs to leave notes while interact with parties, ability to manage excel since they receive their account inventory on an excel file, collections and customer service oriented, attention to details, representative must manage to drive sensitive information and handle escalations following specific procedures, outgoing personality desirable (communication skills) to ensure effective communication.

1. Champs will handle primarily outbound calls from customers, and make things quick, clear and correct for our callers according to our products, processes and systems.

2. They would need to communicate effectively with prospects and customers, and come across as knowledgeable & friendly.

4. Effectively handle customer objections at the first point of contact, aiming to put across the services in better way to sell with customers satisfaction.

5. Ensure that feedback relating to products and services is escalated and documented within systems Competencies.

Additional Information

Dear applicant, please find below the specifications about the job offer:

  1. Start Date: Jun 2nd, 2023.
  2. Profile: Collection’s agents in charge of making payment agreements with the purpose of maintaining the customer’s account up to date. Calls are inbound and outbound
  3. Type: On site and WAH option depending on performance. (Americas Branch - Carrera 56 #9-17 Edificio central).
  4. Training: 20 days on site (10 days training – 10 days nesting), schedule will be Monday to Friday 08:00am – 06:00pm.
  5. Operations: 42 hours per week, time frame from 7:00 A.M to 9:00 P.M. Monday to Saturday (Schedule will be assigned within that window).
  6. 2 days off: Sundays and another day within the week.
  7. Base salary: 2.2M plus 600k bonuses.
  8. Transport Allowance: 140.606COP monthly.
  9. E-card: For people B&M $70.000 COP monthly (Apply from production forward and it depends on the tenure).
