Job Description

  • Consistently Deliver: Responsible for answering customer support calls for general queries related to Amazon products
  • Be the Expert: To provide a quality customer service & support via telephone to ensure that customer’s issues or complaints are resolved in timely manner.
  • Manage administrative responsibilities: Resolving customer issues related to product delivery, Billing issues, Late delivery, Wrong product delivery
  • Take the lead: To bring resolution to escalated customer product and service issues in a friendly and efficient manner

Qualifications

  • Graduate/ Undergraduate
  • High School Certification or equivalent can be considered

Additional Information

  • 0 to 2yr Customer Service experience
  • Worked in any customer service industry
  • Good interpersonal skills and team player
  • Must be self motivated, detail oriented, organized and flexible with the ability to learn client driven material
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Target oriented with strong focus on meeting SLA Commitments
  • Eye for detail and accuracy
  • Flexible with 24*7 work shift
