Job Description

We’re Sutherland and we’re seeking bilingual (Spanish/English) individuals to join us as Customer Service Reps on a full time, work from home basis. Join us and you will get to work with leading technologies and systems while having a dedicated team of leaders and peers to support you.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong multitasking abilities
  • Fluency in English AND Spanish
  • Drive to solve problems and meet goals
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
  • Experience in customer service
  • Excellent wired internet connectivity and a quiet, distraction-free, secure place to work.
