Job Description

1.Take a high volume of inbound Customer calls on a variety of different issues e.g. product enquires, billing/refunds, technical troubleshooting for streaming or devise issues etc 
2. Update and input Customer details and contact notes accurately into the system(s)
3. Resolve Customer problems in a timely fashion & Deliver on Customer commitments
4. Liaise with other departments within program in the event a Customer call cannot be resolved at first point of contact
5. Achieve and maintain required metrics and goals

 

Qualifications

minimum HSC or Graduation
