We’re Sutherland, and we’re now seeking animal lovers with strong customer service skills/experience to join the team supporting one of our retail clients involved in the pet industry. This is a work from home opportunity, but candidates must be local to the Tulsa area.

Job Description

As a Premier Support Rep, you’ll deliver exceptional service and solutions to pet-loving customers who want to make sure that their pets are happy and healthy. Specifically, you will focus on resolving escalated customer issues and corporate escalations as well as handle customer inquiries concerning in-store and online transactions related to animal care and nutrition.  From time to time, you may also support the social media team by updating cases and performing customer outreach.

Qualifications

  • Strong communications, problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
  • Solid decision-making skills and attention to detail
  • Should be a pet parent, preferably with knowledge of animal care and nutrition
  • Availability for full time work to be scheduled any day, Sunday-Saturday, (flexibility for changing schedules)
  • Prefer call center or retail experience; at least one-year experience in customer service (Tier 2 experience a plus)
  • Spanish speaking skills are also a plus.

Equipment will be provided for this position,however you must have reliable, wired internet connectivity with minimum access speeds of 5 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download – the faster the better! A quiet and distraction-free, secure place to work is also required.
