Job Description

Consultants in this role get to: Be the Point of Contact: Take incoming calls and effectively assist customers with their loan application process and also educate customers on the legal / compliance implications. Provide customer with turnaround time for documentation submission of documentation and Loan disbursements. Suggest a payment date of the customer’s loan. Define Sutherland Reputation: Delivering an experience to every customer, meeting Oportun’s service standards. Consistently Deliver: Achieve all agreed KPI’s. Keep Management Informed: Work pro-actively to ensure potential issues are escalated appropriately. 


Our most successful candidates will have: - Advanced  German language skills (maintain an  conversation) - Negotiation skills - Sales skills - Able to work positively in a fast-paced, changing environment - Ability to multitask and have excellent organizational skills - Sees through the eyes of the customer - Articulate, bright and curious - Bachelor degree is a plus - Experience working in a customer-centric environment is a plus - Experience working in finances or commercial related field is a plus
