Sutherland is seeking an analytical and attentive person to join us as a Service Delivery Manager. The Service Delivery Manager will provide direct operational support to the Center Director and senior leaders. As a BOM, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the operational health of the center as well as act as liaison between shared services and account management. Qualifications

Our most successful candidates will have: - Bachelor’s degree - Customer service experience; managerial experience - Proficiency in CRM systems - Strong analytical skills; be able to interpret data, identify trends, and make suggestions for improvements - Ability to be pro-active in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members; work as a team-player - Ability to be customer-oriented in managing communications and issues - Persuasiveness in communicating and presenting the scope of Sutherland’s products to industry prospects - Strong verbal and written communication skills; be able to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner
