Qualifications
Our most successful candidates will have: - Relevant experience in leadership development, talent management, and learning and organizational change management - A strong capability in content delivery, timing, quality, and communication - A bachelor’s degree - 3+ years of hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge base in leadership development, facilitating talent review for high potential employee identification, manager development, 360 assessment tools, performance management, employee engagement, and career planning and development - Prior experience in large, multi-function organizations - Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, appropriate in a matrix organization - Ability to develop credibility and rapport and establish effective working relationships with all levels of leaders, business stakeholders and HR colleagues - Solid analytical and problem-solving skills; strategic and innovative thinker - A proven ability to use influence skills to achieve results and effectively impact change - Th
