Sussex Recruitment is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator for this busy manufacturer based in Eastbourne.
Although initially a temporary position the ideal candidate would be offered a permanent role after a suitable trial period.
Working in an office-based environment you will welcome visitors, handle all enquiries and manage customer complaints. Ensuring a smooth delivery service to customers you will handle all bookings making sure customers are kept up to date with any changes to their order or delivery and that correct quotations are received.
Day to day office duties such as completing sales leads forms, calculating and inputting invoices, filing, scanning documents and handling post will be included so you will need to be able to work under your own initiative.
With several years Customer Service experience, ideally within an office environment you will have excellent admin skills, attention to detail and quality. Excellent communication skills are vital with a clear telephone manner. You must be able to prioritize work when under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
