Sussex Recruitment are seeking a Telemarketing Account Manager to be responsible for developing both existing & new business opportunities for our client who specialises in IT Business solutions and managed services.

The Telemarketing Account Manager will work from a large, established database, introducing the additional telecoms products that the company provide, including Cloud ComputingOutsourcingNetwork InfrastructureTelephonyAudio VisualIT Support and Business Continuity.You will be responsible for validating, contacting and updating this data base, generating your own leads where possible & forwarding the qualified lead to the relevant Consultant.

The Telemarketing Account Manager will have a sharp commercial mind set and excellent communication skills and have previous telemarketing or sales experience, ideally from within a business to business market. If you have experience within a technical/telecoms retail environment, this may be a good move for you – the rest is purely down to you maintaining a consistent volume of B2B calls, asking relevant questions, capturing critical data, updating the data base and recognising ‘buying signals’ / potential business opportunities.

This is a lovely working office environment, with easy free parking.
