Job Description

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote CMST product.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target markets.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and expansion of CMST product in the market.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Meet sales targets and achieve revenue growth goals.
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and print advertising.
  • Develop product presentations and materials to support the sales process.
  • Attend conferences and trade shows to promote CMST product.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to ensure the product meets customer needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in an IT company.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of marketing and sales techniques and strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Two wheeler with valid license
