Job Description
Is the force with you?
● Improve and organize the team’s knowledge base reference tools
● Assist and coordinate the training of Advocates according to the training timeline - like a Fairy Godmother
● Assist Management in maintaining consistent quality assurance procedures, measurements and analysis
● Cooperate and work closely with the Supervisor and Senior Management to achieve the highest level of process efficiency
● Bringing process improvement ideas to the game as needed until performance metrics meet our goals
● Complete weekly and ad hoc reporting for our magical client
Qualifications
● Excellent English and at least one of the following languages: German / Spanish / French / Italian (C1)
● 2-3 years of Customer Service experience with advanced troubleshooting skills
● Knowledge of internal and external escalation procedures
● High School level education
● Excellent organizational and time management skills
● Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
● Ability to rapidly acquire a thorough knowledge of clients’ processes and procedures and ability to effectively communicate them to the Team
● Independence and team spirit
● Detail oriented, strong analytical mindset and ability to prepare all required documents prior to client / company sessions
● Knowledge of Windows is a must, CRM knowledge is a plus
