Job Description
We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Answer and reply to emails
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Perform all other office tasks
- Assist in the up-selling of products on display
- Be able to run errands, reliable form of transportation is a must
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields is preferred but not necessary
- Ability to prioritize and multitask is a must
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Average to strong sales skills
This is a position that will enable you to grow, and earn according to your qualification and ability to learn!
Compensation is $11/hr-$17/hr depending on experience and abilities.
