Cooks Delights Ltd, an award-winning food service supplier, is seeking Chinese speakers to join its dynamic sales & marketing team. Candidates must have good communication skills and positive attitudes. The experience of working in sales or in restaurants is an advantage.

• Assist customers to place orders through telephone, email or fax
• Contact regular customers to take orders and advise sales, introducing new products and promoting sales items
• Look after allocated customers and solve all sorts of customer queries
• Repair old customers and convert them into active accounts
• Meet agreed sales target and other performance requirements
• Customer service

• Fluent in English and Mandarin/Cantonese.
• Sales experience, or experience working in restaurants.
• Good telephone communication skills.
• Good customer service skills.

• 20 days holiday (plus bank holidays)
