Sundance is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Search Specialist to join our Digital Marketing Team. Sundance is a leading omni-channel specialty retailer with headquarters located in Salt Lake City, UT. Founded in 1969 by Robert Redford, Sundance is a unique brand that supports artistic endeavors and focuses on creativity, originality, and inspiration.

As the Paid Search Strategist, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of SEM, SEO, Display, and Affiliate channels, improving and simplifying related processes, optimizing channel performance, and reporting on channel KPI’s.

What You'll Be Doing

• Analyze and report on data to identify trends and opportunities
• Optimize program and campaigns to drive KPI’s
• Coordinate with Paid Media agencies
• Stay up to date on best practices
• Work across departments to support company goals

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ years’ experience digital marketing experience (paid media preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred but will consider equivalent combination of education and experience
• Working knowledge of SEM, SEO, Display, and Affiliate channels
• Strong organizational skills
• Familiarity with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
