We are currently seeking to build our team by adding a Journeyman Folder Gluer Operator. This role is a key role in the Company, ensuring timely production and superior levels of quality.

The successful candidate will:

• Successfully operate folder/gluer machinery to transform printed pages into packages of the correct dimensions.
• Translate job specifications into machine parameters to set up string lines, auto bottoms, 4-corner, 6-corner, w-fold, z-fold, etc.
• Demonstrate professionalism and competence in setting up equipment, troubleshooting problems, and resolving undesirable production results.
• Coordinate the efforts of Assistants and Apprentices.
• Identify opportunities for improved processes or quality outcomes.
• Be mechanically minded and interested in learning new processes.
• Adhere to all safety standards.
• Demonstrate a high commitment to quality output.
• Utilize amazing teamwork abilities.
• Be safe and courteous always.
