Sun Community Health (“SCH”) is a non-profit, non-political and non-sectarian organization. It is a local non-governmental organization in Myanmar and is established in particular to advance socially beneficial purposes in Myanmar by promoting and providing information, services and products related to the prevention, promotion, curation and rehabilitation of the major health services including but not limited to HIV/AIDS, malaria, tuberculosis, maternal and child health, reproductive health and non-communicable diseases with the aim of furthering good health, prosperity and the relief of poverty, distress and sickness. This also includes state-of-art training programs, quality assurance programs, and a robust supply chain and logistics system and health financing mechanisms. The Organization may also provide non-health related ancillary services that ensure and improve the well-being of its clientele.

The contract type is Consultant Agreement and the duration is Up to December and extendable. The required position is 1 and the assigned areas are Shan North based in Lashio.
Job Description
Health Educations and counselling
· Conduct health education sessions.
· Take main responsibility for provision of counselling services for TB diagnosis, TB treatment, adherence, TPT and HIV counselling to confirmed TB patients.
· Thoroughly explain to the clients about the necessary procedures to complete TB diagnosis.
· Ensure the presumptive TB clients to link with treatment centers.
· Provide pre-treatment counselling to aid in treatment adherence.
· Coordinate with community providers for sputum collection and contact tracing.
· Address social stigmas associated with tuberculosis and counsel patients on nutritional support and infection control measures.
B. Data Management
· Enter, compile, update, and maintain TB program forms/databases in a timely and accurate manner.
· Ensure completeness, consistency, and accuracy of data received from project implementation sites.
· Regularly clean, verify, and validate program data to ensure high data quality.
· Update patient and program databases as required.
· Maintain proper filing systems for electronic datasets and supporting documentation.
C. Treatment support
· Administer or coordinate DOT where applicable.
· Monitor/educate patients for potential adverse drug reactions of anti-TB medications.
D. Supply Chain & Equipment Management
· Ensure mobile team’s equipment, masks, sputum cups, IECs and medications are stocked, safely transported, and stored according to medical standards.
E. Other Responsibilities
· Maintain confidentiality of patient information and program data at all times.
· Comply with SCH policies, NTP guidelines, and donor requirements.
· Attend coordination meetings together with Team Leader if necessary.
· Perform any other duties assigned by NTP management or SCH that are relevant to the position
Term of Agreement:
The Contractor will receive the basic daily service payment upon submission of a complete Daily Work Report to the respective Supervisor and payment will be made within 30 days after SCH receives and accepts the report. In addition, the Contractor may be eligible for a performance-based payment, which will be determined based on the verification of achievements against the Monthly or Quarterly Performance Indicator Report and the appraisal and approval of the respective Supervisor.
Qualifications
· Be a Nurse
· Preferably relevant work experiences for 2 years
· Must be based in Lashio · Competent in computer skill (Microsoft excel, Microsoft office, Microsoft power-point, etc)
· Must have good communication skill and advocacy skill
· Should be organized, systematic, dynamic and must interact well with others
Required Competencies
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
· Good document management and filing skills.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

Reporting Line Mobile Medical Assistant will be administratively managed by Sun Community Health (SCH) and will receive dayto-day technical supervision from the Mobile Team Leader or NTP focal person.
