Sun Community Health (“SCH”) is a non-profit, non-political and non-sectarian organization. It is a local non-governmental organization in Myanmar and is established in particular to advance socially beneficial purposes in Myanmar by promoting and providing information, services and products related to the prevention, promotion, curation and rehabilitation of the major health services including but not limited to HIV/AIDS, malaria, tuberculosis, maternal and child health, reproductive health and non-communicable diseases with the aim of furthering good health, prosperity and the relief of poverty, distress and sickness. This also includes state-of-art training programs, quality assurance programs, and a robust supply chain and logistics system and health financing mechanisms. The Organization may also provide non-health related ancillary services that ensure and improve the well-being of its clientele.

Job Description
The duties and responsibilities of MIS Officer include:
• Prepare the monthly, quarterly and other routine health services reporting process
• Act as technical key person of BI team to create advanced reporting systems, use of GIS and GPS technologies, Power BI, DHIS2 and troubleshooting of databases
• Assists Senior Manager in designing new databases and data analysis
• Responds to ad-hoc information and data request from user departments
• Weekly back-up process of MIS databases
Key Skills: The key skills required for the position of Senior MIS Officer include:
- Technical Knowledge: Must have understanding the professional knowledge on day-to-day MIS related work
- Operational management: Must be able to manage her/his time effectively to meet targets and also manage assigned Jr. MIS Officer for optimum productivity
- Communication: Must be able to understand basic communication skills and effectively communicate with internal & external colleagues
Qualifications
- Must be a graduate with a computer or data science related University degree or science degree
- Must be able to use MS Access, Excel, Power Point, Power BI, DHIS2 and have knowledge related to data analysis
- Must have an experience in related field
- Should have good communication skills in both Burmese & English
- Should be organized, systematic, dynamic and must interact well with others
