Sun Community Health (“SCH”) is a non-profit, non-political and non-sectarian organization. It is a local non-governmental organization in Myanmar and is established in particular to advance socially beneficial purposes in Myanmar by promoting and providing information, services and products related to the prevention, promotion, curation and rehabilitation of the major health services including but not limited to HIV/AIDS, malaria, tuberculosis, maternal and child health, reproductive health and non-communicable diseases with the aim of furthering good health, prosperity and the relief of poverty, distress and sickness. This also includes state-of-art training programs, quality assurance programs, and a robust supply chain and logistics system and health financing mechanisms. The Organization may also provide non-health related ancillary services that ensure and improve the well-being of its clientele.

JOB SUMMARY:
Finance Officer responsible for overall management of warehouse and finance functions. He/She will ensure compliance of regional field activities with all relevant SCH policies and procedures especially warehousing and financial standards, maintaining integrity of Accounting System.
Job Description
• Perform and monitor all Cash operations including transactions, advance clearance of all employee in the field office;
• Effectively coordinate with all field operations departments for annual and quarterly budget preparations;
• Coordinate with unit HR focal and perform monthly payroll of respective office;
• Perform accurate tax calculations and submit to local tax office according to government income tax law;
• Ensure monthly Finance Report preparation in compliance with budget allocation;
• Ensure all financial advance requests and reconciliation/expense reports are in line with the responsibility matrix according to approval threshold level of SCH;
• Assist Field Office Manager/Finance Manager in regular assessing expenditure compliance against SCH standard operating procedures;
• Maintain necessary financial documents systematically and assist Field Office Manager/Finance manager for analyzing efficiency and effectiveness of regional operations and suggesting/identifying areas of potential cost saving/cost optimization;
• Ensure accuracy of revenue and expenses by tracking and monitoring regularly;
• Oversee contractual obligations between SCH and leasers, vendors, suppliers and services providers;
• Coordinate between HQ and Field Office relating Finance matters;
• Assist Finance Department in planning and development of Finance Systems;
• Other tasks assigned by supervisors

Team Spirit: He/She must have good team player and be able to handle a large, complex, and diverse business territory
Coordination Skills: He/She must be highly coordinate with other departments and be able to manage many processes and activities simultaneously
Qualifications
• Must be a graduate with certificates in accounting and financial related courses
• At least three-year experience of related field
