Company Description
Sun Community Health (“SCH”) is a non-profit, non-political and non-sectarian organization. It is a local non-governmental organization in Myanmar and is established in particular to advance socially beneficial purposes in Myanmar by promoting and providing information, services and products related to the prevention, promotion, curation and rehabilitation of the major health services including but not limited to HIV/AIDS, malaria, tuberculosis, maternal and child health, reproductive health and non-communicable diseases with the aim of furthering good health, prosperity and the relief of poverty, distress and sickness. This also includes state-of-art training programs, quality assurance programs, and a robust supply chain and logistics system and health financing mechanisms. The Organization may also provide non-health related ancillary services that ensure and improve the well-being of its clientele.

Job Description
The Training Consultant will be responsible for the following:
• Develop and update TB training manuals, curricula, presentation slides, job aids and technical factsheets in accordance with the latest WHO recommendations and Myanmar National Tuberculosis Program (NTP) guidelines, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders to review, validate, and finalize educational materials.
• Adapt and tailor training materials to meet the learning needs of various target audiences, including medical doctors, healthcare workers, volunteers and program staff.
• Design competency-based curricula and training methodologies using adult learning principles and participatory approaches to enhance knowledge and skills transfer.
• Organize, coordinate and facilitate training sessions, refresher courses and orientation in accordance with program needs and priorities and deliver high-quality capacity-building activities to healthcare professionals, volunteers and staff using appropriate facilitation techniques and interactive learning methods.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through participant assessments, feedback mechanisms, and post-training follow-up activities and recommend improvements where necessary.
• Document training activities and prepare timely reports, including training outcomes, participant feedback, lessons learned and recommendations for future capacity-building initiatives.
• Support the dissemination and implementation of WHO recommendations and NTP policies by translating technical guidance into practical learning materials and training sessions.
Qualifications
Key Skills: The key skills required for the position of Training Consultant include:
Technical: A Medical Doctor with sufficient experience in delivering services especially in TB Program. Training: A comprehensive understanding of training curriculum development and methodology
Facilitation Skills: Exceptional skills in facilitation with a variety of participants with different educational backgrounds
Communication skills: Good communication skills which will enable him/her to deal with providers of all channels during training sessions
Organizational skills: Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks without needing close supervision and follow-up
Qualifications:
• Must be M.B.B.S degree holder
• Must have well experiences of training
• Must have good communications, presentation and facilitation skills, including sufficient reporting skills in English
• Must be well organized, systematic, dedicated, proactive, responsible and be able to interact well with others • Must be willing and able to travel extensively to all project areas
