Sun Community Health (“SCH”) is a non-profit, non-political and non-sectarian organization. It is a local non-governmental organization in Myanmar and is established in particular to advance socially beneficial purposes in Myanmar by promoting and providing information, services and products related to the prevention, promotion, curation and rehabilitation of the major health services including but not limited to HIV/AIDS, malaria, tuberculosis, maternal and child health, reproductive health and non-communicable diseases with the aim of furthering good health, prosperity and the relief of poverty, distress and sickness. This also includes state-of-art training programs, quality assurance programs, and a robust supply chain and logistics system and health financing mechanisms. The Organization may also provide non-health related ancillary services that ensure and improve the well-being of its clientele.

OVERVIEW:
The operations coordinator will provide comprehensive support to operations and program support team function, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This position requires a strong organizing, systematic working and good communication skills.
Job Description
The duties and responsibilities of the Operation Coordinator include:
• Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks including filing, documentation, printing, and preparation of official letters or forms.
• Maintain and update office supplies, stationery records, and equipment usage logs.
• Maintaining and regular checking the fixed assets/supplies and support proper documentation of fixed assets and inventory movements.
• Help gather quotations, prepare comparative bid analyses, and draft purchase requisitions as directed by the supervisor.
• Assist in tracking local procurement orders and verifying delivery of goods and services.
• Ensure procurement records are well organized and filed according to SCH policy.
• Check office utilities and supplies (e.g., water, printer toner, drinking water) and replenish as needed. • Monitor cleanliness and upkeep of the office environment by coordinating with domestic staff.
• Liaise with security guards to ensure visitor logs are maintained and office access procedures are followed.
• Preparing and sending monthly report to National Malaria Control Program, National Tuberculosis Program, and National AIDS Program reports.
• Collect monthly programmatic reports and ensure they are channeled through appropriate routes.
• Responsible to organize in recording the indents received from the National Program in
• producing monthly inventory and other reports in timely manner.
• Ensure both incoming and outgoing stocks conforms to documentation and issue stocks accurately. • Checking the manufacturer, batch number, quantity and expiration date of products arriving from respective states and regions.
• Perform daily physical check of all products, IEC and promotional materials and update ICC cards in a timely manner.
• Monitor for pests such as termites, mice within the responsible Sub-warehouse and inform supervisors immediately if any pests are present.
• Ensure the security of the assigned hub.
• Report any safety concerns or security incidents to the Program Support Officer promptly.
Key Skills: The key skills required for the position of Operations Coordinator include:
Technical Knowledge: Understanding on basic calculation, basic financial concept and computer skill.
Time Management: Able to manage well timely accomplishment of assigned tasks and reports.
Communication Skills: Able to communicate well with users and good in customer relationship skill.
Team Spirit: Must be a good team player.
Qualifications
• Any graduate with basic computer skill.
• At least two years experiences in operations and financial related field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
