Sun Community Health (“SCH”) is a non-profit, non-political and non-sectarian organization. It is a local non-governmental organization in Myanmar and is established in particular to advance socially beneficial purposes in Myanmar by promoting and providing information, services and products related to the prevention, promotion, curation and rehabilitation of the major health services including but not limited to HIV/AIDS, malaria, tuberculosis, maternal and child health, reproductive health and non-communicable diseases with the aim of furthering good health, prosperity and the relief of poverty, distress and sickness. This also includes state-of-art training programs, quality assurance programs, and a robust supply chain and logistics system and health financing mechanisms. The Organization may also provide non-health related ancillary services that ensure and improve the well-being of its clientele.

Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:

The Coordinator will provide comprehensive support to admin team function, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This position requires a strong organizing, systematic working and good communication skills.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

The duties and responsibilities of the Coordinator include:

  • Coordinating with different departments, units and sections/offices to implement day-to-day activities;
  • Purchasing stationery and kitchen supplies for SCH HQ;
  • Tracking and maintaining fixed asset items registry regularly;
  • Handle petty cash of National Administrative unit expenditure;
  • Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence and draft letters and/ or other correspondence related to SCH network/programs;
  • Coordinating meetings of SCH network or meetings involving SCH members by checking schedules, booking meeting rooms, organizing refreshments and taking meeting minutes is needed;
  • Making copies of documents, national reports and other publications needed for dissemination;
  • Preparing delivery of packages, documents and other materials and arranging transportation to ensure local delivery
  • Prepare update Ooredoo phone lists and fill communication allowance for monthly activities;
  • Prepare salary for casual staff (domestic workers and security guards);
  • Collect vehicle requests and arrange vehicle assignments;
  • Undertake any additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

KEY SKILLS

The key skills required for the position of Coordinator (Executive Office) include; administrative skill, computer office software using skill and English language skill and following skills;

Technical Knowledge: Must have understanding the knowledge on administration and office support in program implementation;

Time Management: Must be able to manage the time effectively to meet the assigned tasks;  

Communication Skills: Able to communicate well with users and good in customer relationship skill.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Any graduate with computer skills.
  • Should have conceptual knowledge of administration and skillful in standard office computer software.
  • Must have good interpersonal communication skill.
  • Should be organized, systematic, dynamic and must interest well with other.
