Job Description

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Deploy and Maintain Office 365 and Windows Defender throughout the organization
  • Install and configure user workstations
  • Maintain and troubleshoot network infrastructure
  • Fully understand and support policies regarding professional ethics, including appropriate boundaries, and client data confidentiality and security; monitor data, including protected health information (PHI) and substance use disorder patient records, according to company, HIPAA Privacy Rule and Security Rule, and 42 CFR Part 2 (Substance Abuse Confidentiality) policies.
  • Project manage assigned IT projects from start to finish
  • Identify, communicate, and manage project risks, and/or escalate to management. Anticipate reasonably foreseeable problems or complications before they occur.
  • Continually evaluate and strategize opportunities for the organization to increase productivity and/or reduce costs through changes and/or upgrades to IT systems, hardware, and software.
  • Perform IT and Security analyses and recommend changes as needed
  • Travel to facilities on a regular basis to ensure IT systems are operating as expected and implement necessary corrective actions
  • Keeps abreast of all pertinent federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations, and organizational policies as they presently exist and as they change or are modified.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of IT experience
  • Experience managing the full suite of O365 tools including Windows Defender
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Business, or Healthcare Administration or Management preferred
  • Strong project management, strategic and technical skills
  • Experience in IT purchasing and deployment
  • Experience with asset and network management
  • Experience with networking, databases, EHRs, and APIs
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills including presentation skills
  • Some travel required

Additional Information

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000 - $85,000 per year
