Overview
The Senior QA is the technical expert and quality authority in the team. Responsible for leading test strategies, mentoring all levels, and driving process and automation improvements.

Responsibilities
• Own test strategy for complex features or releases
• Lead defect triage, risk assessment, and quality decisions
• Mentor junior, mid, and lead QAs
• Drive test process improvements and best practices
• Define coverage strategies across modules
• Lead root cause analysis on production issues
• Review test cases, automation scripts, and QA outputs
• Collaborate closely with PM, Dev Leads, and cross-functional teams
• Support technical initiatives (automation, tooling, CI/CD integration)

Qualifications
• 5–7+ years QA experience
• Deep knowledge of QA methodologies and system behavior
• Ability to design test strategies for complex systems
• Proven mentoring and leadership capability
• Skilled with API testing, automation concepts, and quality metrics

Nice to Have
• Experience building automation frameworks
• Performance/security testing knowledge
• ISTQB Advanced certification
• Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines
