Job Description

We are seeking qualified candidates in many locations throughout the US that are charismatic, high-energy, self-starters with a strong work ethic. This is a role where the individual is willing to roll up their sleeves and "get the job done" to realize the benefits both personally and financially.  Your efforts will result in a direct positive impact on the company's performance.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Developing and working with clients to generate repeat and referral business
  • Perform elevator analysis to properly design vertical transportation solutions
  • Establish project objectives, schedule and deliverable requirements to all team members
  • Prospect for clients and develop proposals for services provided
  • Participate in the conceptual planning, design, construction
    administration, audits, surveys, inspections and modernization projects for
    vertical transportation systems
  • Assess current elevator/escalator applications for consideration for upgrade or modernization
  • Complete on-site condition assessments for maintenance or client acquisitions
  • Advise clients on the other services the company offers
  • Create high volumes of specifications and reports for clients on each project
  • Become valued as an expert in each customer's eyes

Qualifications

Education:

 A four year college degree and equivalent combination of technical/sales/management experience . 


Experience:

  • Minimum of 4 years in the vertical transportation industry - New Construction/MOD/Service sales or operations
