Overview of the Role:

This role will be a key leader within Summit by helping the organization unlock the power of data.  As the co-leader of Summit’s Business Intelligence Center of Excellence, this role will interact extensively with business leaders to define and deliver tangible business results through information and reporting.  The right resource will have a history of delivering results and a good knowledge of data structures, ETL, visualization, reporting and artificial intelligence.

Responsibilities will include setting the data & analytics direction for the organization, overseeing project execution, participating in organizational data governance/hygiene, evaluating & implementing new technologies to drive value from data and working with partners / industry experts to optimize the role of analytics within Summit.

Other stuff we like:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experience in the Business Intelligence realm of reporting and data analytics
• Strong understanding of data architecture
• 7 years of relevant work experience
• 5 years of business analysis experience
• SAP BW experience, experience with BW4 HANA is a plus
• Experience working with visualization tools such as SAC or PowerBI
• Data structure and hygiene experience
• Demonstrated experience in requirement gathering, business user interactions and converting requirements into specifications
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Other pluses are experience working with
